Who we’re looking for

You’ll need to be 16 or over on the festival date. No experience needed for most roles – full training and a pre-event briefing provided. Just be reliable, friendly, and up for it.

Example roles

• Scanning Team – welcome guests and scan tickets at the gates. No experience needed.
• Assistant Artist Liaison – support performers backstage with hospitality and logistics.

Key dates

• Briefing call: Tuesday 16 June 2026
• Festival day: Saturday 4 July 2026
• Shifts across morning, afternoon, and evening – you’ll still get time to enjoy the festival.
