Medical and Welfare teams on site all day. Free water refill points. Free Wi-Fi Zone if mobile signal is busy. Zero tolerance to harassment, spiking and dealing.   • Medical and Welfare points are clearly signposted on site and on the event map.
  • Trained clinicians and welfare staff operate from gates-open to curfew (11:00–23:00).
  • Come straight to us for dehydration, injury, anxiety/panic, lost friends, or if anything doesn’t feel right.
  • A Free Wi-Fi Zone is available near Welfare/Info Point to help you message friends, access travel info or contact support.
  • Please use it considerately so everyone can get online.
  • Free water refill stations across site – bring an empty reusable bottle (sealed 500 ml bottles allowed).
  • Pack sunscreen (non-aerosol), a light layer, and rain protection.
  • If the weather turns wet, see The Rain Clause – attendees this year may get a discount on next year depending on total rainfall.
  • Follow stewards, signage and PA announcements.
  • Agree a meeting spot with friends in case you’re separated; keep exits and routes clear.
  • If a space feels too crowded, step back and try another route – there’s time.
  • No illegal drugs or nitrous oxide on site. Possession, use or supply will result in ejection and may involve the police.
  • Amnesty bins are available at all entrances. Please use them on arrival – no questions asked.
  • Spiking or tampering with drinks is a serious crime. If you or a friend feel unwell or unsafe, tell any steward/bar staff or go to Medical/Welfare immediately. Drink spiking kits and support are available at Welfare.
  • Zero tolerance to harassment, hate, violence or threatening behaviour.
  • Report issues to any staff member or Welfare.
  • Bars operate Challenge 25. Accepted ID: passport, driving licence, PASS card.
  • Alcohol purchased on site only. Management reserves the right to refuse service. 
  • Security and bag searches on entry. Bag limit: A4 size (30 × 20 × 10 cm).
  • Not allowed: glass, BBQs/stoves, flares/smoke, fireworks, illegal substances, nitrous oxide, weapons, drones, professional A/V, long/pointed umbrellas, flags on poles.
  • Bikes aren’t permitted inside the arena.
  • Step-free routes, accessible toilets, Accessible Viewing Areas; Blue Badge parking (pre-book) and PA/Companion tickets available.
  • For specific support (including assisted boarding on the station ↔ site shuttle), see Accessibility or email festivalsupport@imaginehalo.com.
  • Essential medication is welcome – keep it in original packaging or with a prescription label.
  • Sharps are permitted; sharps bins at Medical/Welfare.
  • A limited medical fridge is available for meds that must be kept cold – email in advance to reserve space: festivalsupport@imaginehalo.com

Recognised assistance dogs are welcome. Water bowls available at Welfare – email us in advance so we can plan.

  • Some performances may include strobe lighting or pyro.
  • Notices will be signposted where possible. Earplugs available from Welfare.
  • Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
  • 16–17-year-olds must enter the event with a responsible adult aged 21+, but may remain inside the event unaccompanied.
  • Under-18 wristbands will be issued for Challenge 25 purposes.
  • Our teams are trained in safeguarding – report any concern immediately.
  • Follow steward instructions, signage and PA messages.
  • For urgent help, go to Medical/Welfare or approach the nearest steward – don’t wait.
