We use any access information only to arrange support, store it securely and delete it after the event.
Getting around
- Step-free routes between entrances, stages, toilets and key facilities.
- Ground is mostly level grass (can be soft after heavy rain).
Blue Badge parking & drop-off
- Pre-booked Blue Badge bays near entrance gate (closest practical access to the arena).
- Email festivalsupport@imaginehalo.com
with your order no. + Blue Badge details to reserve and we will confirm the location and route.
Accessible entrance & wristbands
Dedicated Accessible/Assisted Entry lane at entrance gate.
You’ll receive an Accessibility wristband for viewing areas and facilities.
Viewing areas
Accessible Viewing Areas at the Main Stage. Capacity-managed with space for one companion. Please use considerately so everyone gets time during busy sets.
PA/Companion tickets
- Purchase your event ticket via Skiddle.
- Email custcare@skiddle.com with:
- Event: Halo Festival
- Date: Saturday 4th July 2026
- Your order number
- One form of supporting documentation (see below)
- Once approved, a companion ticket will be added to your order.
- The front page of a DLA (Disability Living Allowance) letter or PIP (Personal Independence Payment) letter
- The front page of an Attendance Allowance letter
- Proof of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- A Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- A valid Access Card that indicates you require a +1
- Please allow enough time for your request to be processed ahead of the event

Shuttle & transport assistance
The station ↔ site shuttle offers assisted boarding. If you need a ramp or extra time, check in at the Shuttle Zone or email us in advance.
Medication & medical
Essential medication is welcome on site (please keep in original packaging or with prescription label). A limited medical fridge is available at the Medical/Welfare tent for items that must be kept cold – please email festivalsupport@imaginehalo.com in advance so we can make arrangements. Sharps are permitted; disposal available at Medical/Welfare.
Assistance dogs
Recognised assistance dogs are welcome.
Sensory & strobe info
- Some performances may include strobe/pyro; we will signpost where possible.
- Earplugs available from welfare.
On-the-day help
- Look for the Access Team at entrance gate or visit Welfare/First Aid.
