  • E-tickets or printed tickets only (ready to scan).
  • Photo ID may be required to check if you have the correct ticket (passport, driving licence, PASS card).
  • Security searches on entry.
  • Small day bags only, max 30 × 20 × 10 cm (A4).
  • No large rucksacks/holdalls.
  • Charged phone, ticket and a payment card.
  • Water: sealed up to 500 ml or an empty reusable bottle.
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol), hat/light layer.
  • Essential medication (with prescription label).

Glass, BBQs/stoves, flares/smoke, fireworks, illegal substances, nitrous oxide, weapons, drones, professional cameras, long/pointed umbrellas, flags on poles.

  • Alcohol purchased on site only (Challenge 25).

Yes – cards and phone pay accepted site-wide. ATMs: No.

Free water refill stations across site.

  • Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
  • 16-17s must enter the event with a responsible adult aged 21+, but may remain inside the event unaccompanied.
  • Under-18 wristbands will be issued for Challenge 25 purposes.

No re-entry once you leave (medical/welfare exceptions at staff discretion).

  • Step-free routes, accessible toilets, viewing areas.
  • PA/Carer tickets and Blue Badge parking available. See Accessibility section for more information. 
  • On-site medical and welfare teams all day.
  • Amnesty bins at gates.
  • Please report any concerns to staff members throughout the day. 

We run a live Rain meter on the day. If thresholds are hit, everyone who attended (ticket scanned at entry) gets a discount on next year’s Halo Festival: >1 mm = 10%, >2.5 mm = 20%, >5 mm = 50%. Discounts are issued after the event to the email on the attendee’s ticket.

Mobile signal can be busy at peak times. A Free Wi-Fi Zone is available on site.
