By buying or using a ticket for Halo Festival, entering the Site, or attending any Halo Festival activity, you agree to these Terms and to any rules displayed at the venue, including any byelaws or conditions required by the landowner and licensing authority. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend.

These Terms apply to all Halo Festival events held at Trinity Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 8UH (the “Site”). The promoter is Halo Service Solutions Ltd of Halo House, Gipping Way, Stowmarket, IP14 1GJ (the Promoter). References to we, us or our mean the Promoter and its group companies and authorised contractors.

1. Tickets, entry, and accreditation

    1. A valid ticket is required for entry to all ticketed areas and events. Keep your ticket and any wristband with you at all times.

    1. Only buy from official outlets. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers (including private resales on social media or secondary markets) are invalid. We may refuse entry or remove you without refund if you present an invalid or fraudulent ticket.

    1. Mobile tickets: do not screenshot or share barcodes. Barcodes may refresh and only the most recent version will scan.

    1. Ticket limits apply per person, per payment card, per household or per device. We may cancel any bookings that breach limits.

    1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or devices. If you need help with your booking, contact Skiddle customer support.

    1. Physical tickets, if issued, are void if the stub is removed. Wristbands that are cut, damaged or removed are void and will not be replaced.

    1. For security reasons, all tickets and wristbands remain our property. Wristbands must stay on the wearer for the full event. We operate a strict no re-entry policy. There is no re-admission, except for medical/welfare reasons at staff discretion.

    1. Last entry is 7:00 pm (19:00). Plan your arrival to allow time for searches and queues.

2. Resale and transfers

    1. Tickets are personal revocable licences. Resale or transfer is only allowed through our official resale platform Skiddle official resale at face value or less, subject to platform fees. Any other resale, advertising or attempted transfer is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

    1. Tickets must not be used in competitions, promotions, hospitality, travel packages or for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

3. Age restrictions and ID

    1. All under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 21 or over at all times. 16-17 year olds must enter the event with a responsible adult aged 21 or over, but may remain inside the event unaccompanied. One adult may accompany up to 3 under-18s.

    1. We operate Challenge 25. Bring accepted photo ID if you look under 25.

4. Access and support

    1. We aim to make the event accessible. Details are on our website. For reasonable adjustments, accessible viewing, and Personal Assistant tickets, contact FestivalSupport@imaginehalo.com before you buy tickets. We may ask for supporting evidence.

    1. Assistance dogs are welcome. No other animals are permitted.

    1. For Personal Assistant tickets and reasonable adjustments, we accept industry standard evidence such as a valid Access Card (Nimbus) with +1, DLA or PIP letter, Blue Badge or a recent GP letter. If you cannot provide these, contact us and we will consider alternative evidence. Do not send originals.

5. Searches, security, and prohibited items

    1. Everyone and every bag will be searched on entry and may be searched on exit. We may use security dogs. Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.

    1. Bag policy: only one small bag per person that does not exceed A4 size 297 mm x 210 mm x 210 mm. No suitcases or large items.

    1. The following are not allowed. We may update this list at any time. Any item we consider unsafe, illegal, or disruptive will be refused.
        • Food and drink, except sealed water up to 500 ml per person and baby food not in glass. Empty reusable bottles are allowed for refills where permitted.

        • Glass of any kind. Cans may be restricted. No alcohol may be brought in.

        • Illegal substances, nitrous oxide, psychoactive substances, drug paraphernalia. Drug dealing will be reported to police.

        • Weapons, imitation weapons, tools, knives, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, lasers, pyrotechnics or compressed gas.

        • Drones, professional cameras or audio recording gear, go-pros, selfie sticks, radio transmitters or laser pointers.

        • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, electric personal transporters and e-scooters. Mobility aids are allowed.

        • Chairs, stools, shooting sticks, tables, large umbrellas, parasols, gazebos or any item that could block views or create risk.

        • Flags, large banners, poles, commercial signage or promotional materials.

    1. Crowd surfing, moshing, climbing on structures and unsafe behaviour are not permitted.

    1. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in enclosed structures, tents or any signed no-smoking areas.

6. Event changes, weather and contingency

    1. The event is outdoors and goes ahead in most weather. Bring suitable clothing. We may adjust schedules, staging, Site layout and production to keep people safe.

    1. Line-up and advertised attractions are subject to change. A change in line-up or running order will not qualify for a refund.

    1. If we cancel or materially curtail the event, we will offer a refund of the face value of your ticket in line with the Skiddle refund policy, or a ticket for a rescheduled date, where available. Booking fees, delivery fees and add-ons are non-refundable unless Skiddle states otherwise.

    1. If the event is partially cancelled, we may offer a partial refund that reflects the proportion of the event that did not take place.

    1. Force majeure: we are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, public health measures, acts of government or safety incidents.

7. On-Site services and welfare

    1. Free drinking water points will be available. Check Site maps and signage.

    1. First aid and welfare facilities will operate throughout the event. In an emergency, follow steward instructions and public address messages.

    1. Licensed bars will operate Challenge 25. We may refuse service. Drunken or antisocial behaviour may lead to removal without refund.

    1. Official merchandise will be sold inside the Site. Beware of unofficial sellers.

    1. This is a cashless event. Bars, traders and merchandise accept card and contactless payments only.

8. Photography, filming and CCTV

    1. You may be filmed or recorded for safety, broadcast and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used worldwide, in any media, without payment. If you have concerns, speak to a steward.

    1. Strobe lighting, haze and special effects may be in use. Loud music may damage hearing. Ear protection is advised.

    1. Unauthorised professional filming, photography, sound recording, drones and commercial content creation are not permitted without our prior written approval.

9. Trading and promotions

    1. No unauthorised trading, busking, fly-posting, sampling, surveys or commercial activity is allowed on the Site without written permission. Fees may apply to approved activity.

10. Travel, parking and sustainability

    1. Travel plans may change. Please check travel providers before you set off. Allow extra time for searches and queues.

    1. Parking is limited and may be chargeable. Follow signage and staff instructions. Do not park on verges or block access routes.

    1. Help us reduce waste. Use the bins provided. Refill water where possible. Take your litter home.

11. Liability and personal property

    1. You attend at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of enjoyment, travel, accommodation or other costs.

    1. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Use lockers where available and look after your belongings.

    1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the face value of the ticket you purchased.

12. Data protection

    1. We will handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws and our privacy notice (see our website footer). Some data may be shared with Skiddle and operational suppliers where necessary to deliver the event.

13. Complaints and contact

14. Changes to these Terms

    1. We may update these Terms at any time. The version on our website is the current version. By continuing to use the website or attending the event, you agree to the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.


Prize Draw and Competition Terms

These terms apply to Halo Festival free-to-enter prize draws and competitions that we run on our website, our apps, our social channels or via our ticketing partner. Each promotion may also have Specific Terms that appear at the point of entry. If there is a conflict, the Specific Terms take priority.

1. Promoter and eligibility

    1. The promoter is Halo Service Solutions Ltd, company number SC216980, registered at Halo House, Gipping Way, Stowmarket, IP14 1GJ.

    1. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. How to enter

    1. Entry instructions, opening and closing dates, prize details and any additional conditions will be stated in the Specific Terms.

    1. One entry per person unless the Specific Terms allow more. No bulk, automated or third party entries. No purchase necessary unless stated.

    1. Internet access or a valid social media account may be required.

3. Winner selection and notification

    1. Winners will be chosen at random from valid entries, or as otherwise stated in the Specific Terms. Our decision is final.

    1. We will contact the winner using the details provided. If the winner does not respond within the period stated in the Specific Terms, we may award the prize to a reserve winner or withdraw the prize.

    1. We may require proof of identity and eligibility before issuing the prize.

4. Prizes

    1. Prizes are as described in the Specific Terms. We may substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary. No cash alternative unless stated. Prizes are non-transferable.

    1. If a prize involves event attendance or travel, the winner is responsible for travel, accommodation, taxes and expenses, unless the Specific Terms say otherwise. Venue entry is subject to venue and ticket terms.

5. Publicity and content

    1. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity. We may publish the winner’s name and county. By entering, you agree that your entry content can be used by us worldwide for promotional purposes, in any media, without further payment, provided you own the rights in that content and have permission from any person shown.

6. Data protection

    1. We will process entrant data to administer the promotion and as set out in our privacy notice (see our website footer). Where necessary, we may share data with ticketing or fulfilment partners to deliver prizes.

7. Liability

    1. We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable, for network or platform failures, or for a winner’s inability to take up a prize. Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. General

    1. We may suspend, cancel or amend a promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If required, we may amend these terms. Continued participation means you agree to any changes.

    1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
